Rehab & Relaxation Physical Therapy specializes in the treatment of spinal disorders and orthopedic conditions. We are considered a "boutique" physical therapy practice in that our approach involves one on one care with an experienced physical therapist. Our focus is personalized care and creating an atmosphere that is not typically seen in most outpatient physical therapy clinics. Our therapists emphasize independence in the management of each patient's condition, rather than dependence on physical therapy equipment or unproven modalities. We recognize that certain patients will require a hands-on manual approach, while others may need to utilize pathology-specific equipment prior to obtaining an independent state.

Every patient is evaluated utilizing an orthopedic exam that involves a detailed history, review of diagnostic test findings (if applicable), and a comprehensive physical assessment. Our goal is to correlate the entire history, imaging results, and physical exam findings to arrive at successful treatment protocol to achieve the best results.
