Our licensed registered dietician (RD) assesses your daily food intake, waist to hip ratio, exercise regimen, age, and weight in order to make her nutritional recommendations.

It's important to note the types of food, quantities, and when they're consumed. The RD discusses your work and weekend schedules, activities, and snacking habits, in order to determine the best way to reduce fat, increase metabolic rate, and help you meet short and long-term goals.

She also utilizes a body percent fat scale that calculates resting metabolic rate, muscle mass, and actual age (ideally the same or less than your chronological age), in addition to visceral fat. Emotional and behavioral issues are addressed and questions are answered in session or via email. Initial paperwork can be faxed or brought in on completion before meeting with the dietician.
